Hubspot allows only 1000 properties per company. This is extremely frustrating. I am a one-person company that used up my properties 2 years ago. It must be very frustrating for companies with many employees.
Whenever I need to create a new property, I must delete one of my current properties.
When choosing which one to delete, I have to think it through carefully so that I will not pick a property included in workflows or being very essential.
From a user’s perspective, it is just as stupid as: “I am out of Word documents!” and then having Microsoft telling you that you need to go through your “already used” Word documents, see which ones that has less important content, erase that and then start writing at the top.
I am a huge HS fan, but this issue is extremely frustrating and stupid. I understand that adding more properties will force HS to handle more complexity, but that should be possible challenge for HS developers.
Hubspot, I have had this issue for 2 years, and it is just harder and harder to find properties that I can delete.
Please fix it now.
