I would like to be able to see the evolution of a pipeline over time. Is it growing? Stagnating? Reducing? A simple indication in % compared to last week, month or quarter is very useful.

The typical way to get this is by setting up a data warehouse and building your reports in SQL. HubSpot does have a snapshot report as well that can help.
There are 3rd party apps such as Data Parrot (full disclosure: my company) that automate it. I’ve run RevOps at multiple startups so I saw this problem over and over :).
