Hey all, sorry for the confusing subject line..
I’m looking to create a report for our sales management that tracks the time it takes our team to respond to inquiries/form submissions but doesn’t seem to follow the conventional method that the default reports follow.
For example:
- We have Playbooks our BDRs submit that “pass over” a lead to AMs by creating a new Deal in their pipeline.
- We have forms that customers can fill out that book directly in with AMs, but also occasionally they don’t and just submit the form.
- We have AMs creating new Deals in their pipeline, but on existing Contact (or Company) profiles that don’t align to “Contact owner assigned”.
- We have customers referring business to us that the AM then has to create a Deal, or occasionally a Company record for.
The issue seems to be that none of the reports capture a “holistic” view of this, because they only take into account “Contact owner assigned” to “first sales activity” date, but we also have workflows that might automatically create a Task, Note, or send an auto-email that then says it takes 1 minute for them to respond which doesn’t produce accurate results.
I’m looking or wondering about a way to build something that can take into account any potential nuance and account for it when producing this across multiple communication and intake channels.
