# A problem occurred while publishing your template

**“A problem occurred while publishing your template”**

Even if I add only one space to my HTML file, this error occurs. If I delete the space again and click publish, everything works again.

What could be the problem? Very strange.

Hi [@LGörlach](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/509012) are you editing the file directly in Design Tools? If so, can you send a screenshot of what you have included in the HTML file and the file name?
