A Full Customer Portal Experience

I see with the current Customer Portal system in HubSpot it currently deals with showing tickets. It would be great if we could have a more full experience with the customer portal such

  • Contact Information- allow customers to manage their contact information
  • Billing information- allow customers to add a new credit card, update billing info etc for their account with you
  • Invoice History- customers can download old invoices, see product purchases etc
  • Tickets- which you currently have and is great
  • Existing subscriptions- see their current subscriptions.

Think of it kind of like an e-commerce customer portal you would get with WooCommerce or Shopify. It would be amazing if we could give customers the ability to see their account with us if that makes sense.

I mean if you think about HubSpot does the same for us, we can manage our subscription, see billing info etc. We should be able to offer our customers the same with a full service customer dashboard.

Exactly what we’re looking for. Specifically, allowing customers to view invoice history.

Yes! And the ability to add other properties to the view for company specific needs!

We’re looking to provide a login portal for customers to be able to view their purchases/subscriptions with us. At the moment we can provide the subscription and payment set up via HubSpot, but not a customer facing purchase/subscription history

Been wanting this for years. We need to have customers log in and dynamically see the properties associated to their contact. Everything from order history, billing info, associated objects, and displaying custom properties.
