7 day limit in contact forms emails

Hello guys,

I’ve connected my account to the WordPress plugin and uses an external contact form, Hubspot still gets those emails and send them to me. Great.

But in the email there is a piece of text at the top I do not understand (see the image as well):

- No more 7-day limits. Learn where your leads come from, which pages they’ve visited, and find key information for every lead.

Can you please give me some clarity around this? Thanks in advance.

Hi @antonsjobergs,

On the free plan, you only get contact insights on a contact’s website activity for 7 days. If you were to upgrade to starter, it would allow you to see the insights indefinitely. For example:

  • Prospect comes from social lands on page xyz
  • Prospect visits page 123
  • Prospect completes form on page 123

On free, you will have those insights for a week, on starter, forever.

Note, any contact properties (or other objects) are stored indefinitely on free. This is only related to activity.
