Hi @RobCrawford ,
To troubleshoot the issue, it’s important to understand what a **403 Forbidden error** means in HubSpot.

A 403 Forbidden error means your browser or device is trying to access content you don’t have permission to view.

Common causes in HubSpot include:

- Permissions misconfiguration: page or file access set incorrectly, restricting anonymous or unauthorized users.
- Authentication or access scope issues: private content restricted to certain account users or teams.
- Publishing delays: after publishing/republishing, HubSpot may take minutes to propagate permissions.
- Browser cache/cookies issues: outdated cache or cookies causing session/authentication conflicts.
- CDN or security filters: firewalls or CDNs blocking some requests based on patterns or user agents.
- Incorrect URL: trying to access unpublished, draft, deleted, or mistyped URLs.

For detailed explanations and step-by-step troubleshooting, please refer to this HubSpot blog post:

Hi @RobCrawford,

Have you tried opening in a different browser and using a different internet connection?
