# 2FA for Remote Assistant?

We have a remote assistant working with us on our Hubspot account.

Will she be able to set up access - with 2FA - to gain access independently? Or will it require me to share codes?

Every HubSpot user can set up 2FA for their login which requires verification using a separate device; they can follow the steps [in this Knowledge base article.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/how-can-i-set-up-two-factor-authentication-for-my-hubspot-login)
