Hi all,
in continuation to a discussion with the support department informing us that 2FA is only available for one device, I would like to suggest the implementation of 2FA for multiple devices.
For example different devices could be personal mobile phone, business phone, Microsoft Authenticator on personal phone, Microsoft Authenticator on business phone, Microsoft Authenticator on business tablet, etc.
For instance on Outlook accounts, multiple Authenticator instances are allowed, making the above use cases of Microsoft Authenticator all possible at the same time for the same account.
Thank you for your time, best regards!

Absolutely agree with this! Would greatly appreciate a security setup closer to what Google offers where you can have multiple backup methods.

This is also essential when someone works with multiple VAs, all of whom login with the HubSpot user’s name. Having only one authenticator brings dependency on one person promptly responding to the 2FA code requests.

Amazon AWS and Amazon Seller portal provides as many 2FA methods as needed. HubSpot should have the same.

+1 to this, it would really help when different team members need to log into the same user account
