I would love to be able to type in the time using the 24 hour format wherever I type in the time. Currently if you launch the tasks que you can use the 24 hour format when rescheduling the task from the ribbon. However, if you click on the task itself you cannot use the 24 hour format and must specify am or pm.

So much of the world works with 24hr clock!
