I think it would be an excellent added option to have a 2 way synchjronisation of tasks created in Outlook ( and maybe Google calendar ). I am pretty sure that most tasks are being created in Outlook just after an email has been sent by the user. Currently these taskes are not showing in HubSpot tasks and that is a real pitty.
A 2-way sync with between google/outlook calendar and Hubspot tasks would be extremely useful! Both for 2 way visibility as well as the ability to mark a task as ‘complete/done’ in calendar and for it to be marked as complete in Hubspot as well.
My experience is that a several team memebers prefer to add a task to their google calendar for ease of workflow, rather than Hubspot, so this would be a great way to sync/log the work into the CRM as well.
