Currently, there are two methods for 2-Factor Authentication. A provided phone number or an authenticator app, such as Duo or Google Authenticator. Can a third option be created allowing an email address to be the reciepient of a 2FA code. When multiple individuals utilize HubSpot from variour devices on the same account, it requires authentication for each new device. If the authentication code was sent to an email address that all users have access to, it could minimize the delay in waiting for a response from the primary phone number for 2FA.
