# 1:1 emails tracking system

Hi there,

I’d like to suggest a new property for email activity tracking, especially focused on 1:1 emails. Currently, all tracking seems to depend on marketing emails, which doesn’t capture individual email interactions effectively. An option for 1:1 email tracking would make a big difference. Additionally, the existing “# of emails” metric doesn’t seem to function as expected. I’ve tried several workarounds, but without success. Support has advised posting this on the Ideas Forum, as HubSpot doesn’t have this functionality yet.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated!
