I need a report that shows each account owner/rep and the amount of emails sent, and email opens. This is for 1:1 emails and not related to sequences.

Hi @AWinslow12,

You can build a custom report to see how Companies (by company owner) are engaging via 1 to 1 emails, but unforuntely there are only 2 available metrics to report on at the moment - sales email opens and sales email clicks. You can’t currently report on number of sales emails sent.

To build a report that looks at the sales email opens and clicks by company go to _Reporting \> Reports \> My Reports \> Create report \> Custom report builder ._

Select _Sales email_ as your primary data source and tick _Companies_ under secondary data sources.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

I tried that exact same way you stated and it is not the data I need.

Hi @AWinslow12 ,

Are you seeing something like this in the report builder?

 ![Screenshot 2024-02-13 at 18.36.44.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/a/5/a546285b40546d7285814bb8b1dda46ba7c3543f.png)

Yes, I am seeing that. I need to be able to calculate the open rate.

Hi @AWinslow12, I hope you are doing great!

Regarding sales email reporting, if you want to see rates, the best option would be to use the sales content analytics tool, which has analytics for email templates. Individual users can be displayed and saved as a report. For the custom report builder, there isn’t a way to see the sales email open and click rate, but you can see the number of sales email opens and clicks.

Hope this helps clarify,

Diana

Hi, do you have any idea why my Sales Content Analytics does not update even if I am using Templates ? Is there anything to do to make sure a template is logged in when sending 1-1 emails ? Thank you
