Hi,
I am currently trying to obtain the social media certificate andhave run into a snag with the examination phase. I was given a score of 0/70 for the exam without even answering any questions. I was immediately given the Social Media exam breakdown sheet instead. When I tried to start the exam after loging in agiain it gave me the automatic response of a waiting period of 12 hours.
Please help!

Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you been able to complete the exam?
Additionally, you can take the exam with a different email address and transfer it if you are able to complete the exam in a different browser or incognito window.
If you are unable to complete the exam across multiple browsers, can you please share a video and har file of what you are experiencing?
