&lt;P&gt;4) Clicar em gerenciar horário de trabalho da sua equipe:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Selecionar o o horário comercial:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;esta opção deve ser utilizada se vc quiser que os SLAs sejam aplicados somente durante o horário comercial da sua equipe. Use os menus suspensos para editar a sua disponibilidade ou clique em&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Adicionar horários&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;O horário comercial&amp;nbsp;não&amp;nbsp;inclui feriados.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
