New App: SAILES Coach - sales insights by AI

Hi Community!

I am happy to announce the launch of a new app for HubSpot.

It is called SAILES Coach, and the idea is to provide actionable recommendations for closing and pursuing opportunities based on the information within the CRM.

It essentially gathers all the engagement and related information related to Deals, Contacts, and Companies and presents it in a card format, offering a summary and guidance on recommended next steps, talking points, and more, acting as a virtual sales assistant or coach!

The idea comes from users of my previous app, Meddicc Score, which also uses AI but for applying the Meddicc methodology.

I am still amazed by what AI can do for us. The future is going to be a-ma-zing!

Congrats on the launch @dgomez-dev ,

this is a clever approach. The “coach in a card” idea makes a lot of sense inside HubSpot since reps are already working in Deals or Contacts all day.

Having talking points and next-step suggestions right there can really cut down the time wasted jumping between tools.

If you’re still iterating, it may be worth checking HubSpot’s CRM Extensions framework

Since it gives a lot of flexibility for embedding dynamic insights in cards. And for long-term growth, the Marketplace listing guide

(https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/api/overview)

is helpful to prepare for distribution and security review.

It’s a massive pain point. Super great work on this, looks like a super useful tool!

I would love for you to try the tool and see if the assessments make sense and are helpful.

Regarding your suggestions, yes, the app already uses Cards (with the new UI Extensions) and is already on the marketplace.

I am just struggling with how to drive more installations, as I believe users will be delighted if they try it.
