&lt;P&gt;Right now, OpenPhone doesn’t have a fully supported HubSpot integration that replaces the native dialer. That’s why when you click a phone number in HubSpot, you only see HubSpot’s own calling pad.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to keep everything inside HubSpot’s contact view, that’s trickier because HubSpot’s CTI embed framework only works with partners that have built a certified calling integration&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Unfortunately, the only path to have OpenPhone replace HubSpot’s native dialer is if OpenPhone expands their CTI connector. You might want to push their support team specifically on “HubSpot CTI embed support” instead of just general integration&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Slight tangent, but your frustration resonates with something I see often: companies expect “seamless” connections between HubSpot and outside tools, but integrations are brittle or one-sided.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Openphone not integrating with HubSpot</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just started subscribing to a paid version of HubSpot and open phone. But for some reason, I'm not able to integrate both of them. When I click on a contact phone number the only option I got I get is HubSpot dialing Pad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wanted to check in if anyone had this problem and how they solve it. I've been speaking both to open phone and HubSpot and I'm not getting anywhere.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe someone has figured it out..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
