My panda doc token for deal name is coming up blank. I checked the mapping and the deal.name is copied correctly.

We are at a loss on how to get that token to populate. Is this a known issue with this app or does anyone have suggestions on how to rectify it?

I understand that your Panda Doc token for deal names is coming up blank. I haven't personally found any issue that reflects this being a known issue, so I'd like to tag in some integration experts for any recommendations.

Does this issue occur with just one Panda doc template or all of them?

Have you tried asking Panda Doc support instead? Perhaps the issue is on their end if the deal name is copied correctly.
