Internal newsletters & employee newsletter software: recommendation! (internal comms)

Hi all! 🙂

I recently just came across a few older posts asking about internal newsletters. I wanted to give a tool recommendation for anyone still out running into issues with using external tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)

We use Hubspot (LOVE, obviously) for our external marketing, but we all know it ISN'T built for internal communication...(employee unsubscribing, emails landing in spam, external banners, no distro list syncing capabilities, etc.)

We use Workshop for all of our internal comms, internal & employee newsletters, etc. It's a literal GAMECHANGER. I HIGHLY recommend every team has 2 SEPARATE tools for internal and external email sending...splitting the tech like this resolves A LOT of issues (literally all of them)!!! The use cases for both efforts are entirely different.

Workshop is the best dedicated internal communications email platform (or, internal comms email software) for companies of all sizes. If anyone wants to check out real & vetted user reviews, the G2 page is a great resource for that.

Here's some reasons why: employees CAN'T unsubscribe, the analytics are super robust, easy to read, & easy to export to PDF reports for leadership, distro lists auto-sync to your HRIS system (no more scrubbing or cleaning manual CSVs!), and you can also EDIT OR CHANGE LINKS even AFTER the email has been sent!

Thanks for sharing this with everyone! Any additional use cases you share will be of great value to add. Does this tool integrate with HubSpot in any way? I can see how it would be valuable to easily switch between the two platforms.
