Need App that appends missing consumer contact info

Hi,

I am looking for a third party app that enables the addition of additional contact points for a consumer. For example - if we have name + mobile phone, append email addresses. Have Name + email - append mobile phone. Is anyone familiar with such a tool with Hubspot integration?

I've looked at Breeze - it looks like a great solution for B2B, but not (yet?) for B2C. I'm looking for a source to enrich consumer B2C contact records. Does anyone have experience with tools like this?

@BHale I am on the same quest. I found Versium Reach that works ok for static lists, but I'm looking for something in real time...
