Couldn’t complete the connection
Authorization failed because the provided scopes are insufficient. Please contact the app developer.

I cannot add any scope. I keep getting this error.

We can only establish connection with our application when we select oauth as the scope.

But,
When we add other scopes

Hi @EKarabulut! Thank you for those screenshots. In a similar post about the same error (Authorization Failed because the install URL does not match the specified scopes), it is recommended first to verify the install URL. An insufficient scopes error happens when there is a mismatch of scopes in your application's HubSpot install URL (OAuth). This article by Paragon has more details on resolving these errors.

In your HubSpot developer account, go to your application → Basic info → Auth → Scopes. Ensure only the scopes you selected for your HubSpot application are present in the install URL.

Adding to this @Jaycee_Lewis suggests to work with a super admin to verify those scopes and potentially have a Super Admin complete the installation as it may be a user-based limitation
