Looking for Beta Testers - Smuves

Hi everyone!

We are working on a tool called Smuves to help content managers, developers and hubspot users who work with multiple HubSpot CMS pages. After dealing with the pain of editing fields across dozens of pages manually, We decided to build something to make this easier.

What it does:
• Bulk edit fields across multiple pages at once.
• Find and replaces content in bulk.
• Export data for records.
• Manage content at scale.

We are looking for beta testers who:
• Manage 10+ HubSpot CMS pages
• Need to make similar edits across multiple pages regularly
• Want to help shape the tool with feedback

This would be especially helpful if you have ever needed to update meta descriptions, change modules, or update fields across many pages and found it tedious.

This is a very real pain point, especially for teams managing content at any kind of scale. Anyone who has had to update meta descriptions, CTAs, or module fields across dozens of HubSpot CMS pages knows how quickly it becomes risky and time-consuming.

One thing I’d encourage you to think about, based on how HubSpot CMS is typically used today, is guardrails and visibility. Bulk actions are powerful, but users will want confidence before hitting “apply”. A dry-run or preview mode that shows exactly which pages and which fields will change, plus a clear before/after diff, would be huge. Rollback or version history at the bulk-operation level would also be very reassuring, especially for teams working in production portals.

Another area that often comes up with larger CMS setups is filtering. Being able to target pages by template, language, domain, folder, or even by whether a specific module is present can make the difference between “nice tool” and “daily essential.” The same applies to images: bulk alt-tag editing is great, but pairing that with filters like missing alt text or non-compliant length would be even more valuable for SEO teams.

Finally, permissions matter a lot in real HubSpot portals. Content managers will likely want fine-grained access so not everyone can bulk-edit everything. If you can align that cleanly with HubSpot user roles, it’ll remove a lot of internal friction. It’s great to see tools tackling CMS scale problems directly.
