Hi - can't seem to find any details but wonder how we can manage duplicates from D365.

It seems HubSpot will only sync one record when there's dupes, which is fine but just wondering how best to handle when they get merged on d365. Currently for us, in d365 1 record will get set to inactive, if this happens to be the record that was synced to HubSpot then we end up with the wrong record in the system (the other record will have all of the latest CRM info)

Any updates on this? It's a real pain as it seems the only way to bring through the active record into Hubspot is to delete the current HubSpot record, which means losing all of the history
