Then I proceeded to check reviews of the sites with the best prices. Upon discovering many negative reviews I decided to search for the best companies that sell the part I need and checked their social media on Facebook. Then once I found a reputable one I tracked down the part on their site and submitted an order. The following day, the company called me to confirm the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I may have been researching something and they posted something on social media that was aesthetically pleasing to me personally. Then I would visit the site, decide if I want to buy after I've looked at the reviews, and then made my purchase. It's usually after the purchase that I may interact with the company by leaving my review or contacting them in reference to making a return. And that is about it for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last interaction I had with a company online that led to a purchasing decision was when I was buying a couch. My search lasted for a couple months, searching both online and in-person. (couch is a pretty big purchase) I was going back and forth between IKEA and Wayfair comparing options, sizes and prices. Ultimately when I actually decided on one couch from IKEA, they were out of stock everywhere! I went back to Wayfair but wasn't satisified with their options. Ended up searching for an established furniture store I'd heard of before (Ashley Home Store) and found a couch I liked best of all for size, price, color and delivery availability. Reviews and pictures matched up perfectly. Plus 10% flash sale for 4th of July was a nice add.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long story short, it took me 2 months to decide on a couch that I wasn't fully sold on and when I found out it was sold out, from then it took me 2 days to find one that I absolutely loved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My buyer's journey may have been shortened had IKEA or Wayfair maybe reached out to me to nurture something, but they didn't. From then, the established furniture store that I'd recognized from commercials I remember seeing even as a kid (lol) caught me hook-line-and-sinker. Goes to show you the depths of a long-lasting lead nurturing relationship!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
