But we need every piece to work together in order for it flow smoothly.. we need oil to make sure that the gears can continue to move.. Kinda like to funnel.. So we need to make sure there is a constant flow of customers(oil) to make the company work smoothly and maintain it to functune&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My company gives us each individual KPIs we have to achieve. Through HubSpot we can see some of those metrics for everyone on our team to motivate each other to increase and improve activity levels with our clients and leads and identify areas where we can focus on more. Also, we of course want to always be bringing in new customers, but we also want to sustain our current ones and encourage them to utilize us more to meet their goals and intern help us meet ours. But, we often get customers who have been referred to us by predecessors who may have left their prospective companies or other clients. We've even have had employees who have moved onto other opportunities turn to us for our services because they know how we work. A wheel is connected and has motion. A funnel symbolically has a downward trajectory that naturally has a stopping point due to gravity. Even "Game of Thrones" has a wheel that they talk about, though a much different connotation because Dany wants to break the wheel. That is a wheel of competition for power versus the flywheel that is more teamwork-oriented.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
