As company is diversifying its options in serving it's customers. The main OKR is to have customer satisfaction through gaining their trust in these new segments of services.

As a company with strong clients, our main OKR is to give them a powerful experience so that they can recommend us. The objetive is to make them trust us.

As long as you have a happy customer you will get more business, the word of mouth is super strong.

Our OKRs are more focused and less broad. For us we want to have 4 contracts signed for machine instillations by December 31st, 2021. On the marketing side of things we want to have 1,000 Linked In followers by the end of the year.

Right now, I am focusing on gathering as much as information I could know more about the market. We all know how changes can spark new opportunities to open up a way to better serve the audiences, and so not just built the company's success, but also for the customer's satisfaction.
