Hey there! I'm Beauly, a Customer Success Manager for a Tech company based in Cincinnati, OH. I love building people's confidence in my ability to find the right solutions for their business.

On a recent project, a client was very stressed over the opportunities they were missing that our company provided due to a lack of manpower. After understanding the problems they were trying to solve for on all levels of their organization by using our product, I was able to recommend a better deployment method by integrating with their CRM. Not only were we able to streamline their client aquisition process, we made it cost effective, and delivered on time. My client was not only relieved, but expressed that our partnership was one of his best business decisions. That is the level of confidence I strive for with each client.

Being in the B2B segment is all about growth. Understanding my customers objectives, strengths and challenges really helps create a success plan with their company at the center, not our products.

Hey! 🙂 My name is Abbi, I am currently job searching but very interested in getting into the content creation/social media/design/digital marketing world. I majored in Communications with a minor in Design in college, graduated a little over a year ago, and due to COVID and some personal limitations in terms of location/not having time to wait for the perfect job ended up working in retail up until about a month ago. Now that my husband and I have relocated for his job I'm back to looking for something more in my field of interest and am just realizing I have a lot of gaps in my knowledge & experience due to taking quite a while to narrow down my carrer goals in college. Stumbled upon HubSpot and it seems like a great way to continue my education and fill in some of those gaps!

While working in retail, I did have the opportunity to help my small store develop & launch their own Instagram page, which was a great experience. Like I said, it's a small store and our demographic tended to be older/less likely to use Instagram so it's definitely not a huge account, but in comparison to other stores in our brand that account grew really well and has generated some sales for that store. It was super fun to work on and definitely got me excited about the prospect of working with social media more in the future.

My name is Marlon and I am a digital brand strategist. I am currently heading my own start-up which is a digital marketing agency. Currently working with the education and health industries in helping them grow their businesses on the internet.

Talking about a project that inspired me was, starting off a brand new venture in the medical industry. The client was a close friend of mine and approached me to help him start his business which is a concierge medical clinic. I had little experience when it comes to the whole digital marketing and branding concept. However, this inspired me to dive into the world of marketing and I was really inspired as to how well my strategies help the clinic to stand out.

I like to help small businesses grow on the internet, there's nothing more satisfying to see the brands you've helped to create take off to become challenging competitors in the market.

I came across your inbound certification program about 3 years ago. I was so drawn in by it immediately - by its informative and relevant content, which resonated and aligned with how I had been thinking for some time.

I immediately became certified ( now in the re-certification process), and we have every new person who joins the firm take the courses to be certified.

We believe this improves how we work together as a team and ultimately deliver a consistent total quality experience for people who engage with us.

I am inspired to work with any of our customers to measure and improve Net Promoter Scores or refine product features and pricing options with customer feedback surveys.
