Improving your content creation process

Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).

Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

Before I create my next peice of content I'm going to evaluate which platform needs the most help on and focus on that.

Great idea, will research popular subject matters that interest me. Then, I will create a Content Framework. And present it to two audience types on different platforms.

I will create an evalation to receive feedback from old and current team, in order to identify the root of problem and make solution for next compaign

For my next piece of content, I am going to look at my platforms and see which one did the best and which one needs more work. This way I know how to connect to more of an audience, and also improve on my other platforms to reach even more people.

I'm finalizing a H2 plan on content creation efforts as we speak. Making my own plans and processes more transparent makes it a lot easier to also communicate that no more ad hoc marketing ideas are needed (ad hoc ideas are typically short term ideas and often times they kick in, when impatience reg. lead gen takes over. I call it 'the granade scenario').
Communicating plans helps me avoid this - at least to some extend 😉

Every time I start writing about a new industry, I pick up the feedback from my previous works. It helps me stay grounded to effectively communicate with the person on the other side. I also like to look at the analytics, even though I don't understand much of it to see which CTAs are working and which are not.

I would also like to improve on the tonality that my content delivers, making it more conversational. I would also be speaking to people from the industry that I wish to write about, to understand their pain points, then I can look for tangible solutions that can help them on a long-term basis.

Someone needs to evaluate their content. I will make feedback forms for the people on social media or conduct a live session to understand their opinion clearly about the website.

For my next content creation, I will review the previous results, I will gather the team to examine the feedback of the previous content and create a specific one that covers all the parts to consider, adapt it to the platforms where it has had the greatest reach and reach more clients .

One thing that I could do to improve my current process is by consistently creating useful content for my readers through the use of an editorial calendar. While I do try to create blog posts and website content that offers helpful tips for my readers, I haven't been doing a good job at organizing and scheduling content that should be published regularly.

I've been taking the wrong approach to content creation for my audience. My understanding of and implementation of the golden circle is a new step that I am looking forward to trying. Taking these steps into consideration I am hoping that I can create compelling media that is gonna connect my audience to solutions for their challenges 😄
