Make sure you review the training lessons in the Growth-Driven Design Certification to learn how to use the dashboard. More resources here.

@gabriel-nextiny I went through additional material you shared and reviewed the lessons. I have a few questions left:

The lesson indicates that the strategy is for the year. Is this GDD Dashboard workshopped once a quarter? Do you copy Goals into Q1 Goals, Q2 Goals ...?
Goal Tab:
1. For the strategy statement, do you include the theme (establish, optimize, expand) for the quarter in the statement?
2. Do you stick to 1 theme with multiple focus areas in 1 quarter? i.e.
  Establish Strategy Focus Area
  1. Establish | Harvest
  2. Establish | Audience A
  3. Establish | Audience B
  4. Establish | Value
3. Or do you do multiple themes with multiple focus areas in 1 quarter? i.e.
  Strategy Focus Area
  1. Establish | Harvest
  2. Optimize | Usability on some page(s)
  3. Optimize | CRO on other page(s)
  4. Expand | Hiring Page Leadflow
4. Is the first iteration of the GDD Dashboard for the launchpad website?
  1. Is the theme say launch/launchpad? What would the focus areas be?
    Launch Focus Area
    1. Launch | Homepage
    2. Launch | BOFU Leadflow
    3. Launch | Services Page
    4. Launch | Packages Page
    5. Launch | Blog
  2. Or is the theme effectively establish?
JBTD Tab
1. Is there a significance why state Informational and not Awareness?
2. In the job stories, are we doing 1 persona only or do we have multiple personas affecting the decision of the core persona?
3. is the job to be done effectively the "motivation" in the core job to be done?

Thanks for sharing your GDD dashboard. I recently took the course and have similar questions. I figured a sample accomplished dashboard would be great for guidance. Hope you don't mind if I have a look.
