      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nice list, I think you’ve covered most of the tips.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing that helped our team in HubSpot - we use lifecycle stage and lead status much more aggressively than we used to. Every form, import, and integration is forced to set those two, otherwise the record doesn’t pass our internal “ready for sales/marketing” rule. That alone cleaned up a lot of messy views and reports.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
