That is usually true @jrjenkins HubSpot really gives you a more in depth picture of which pages are getting the most attention, but also which pages are actually helping you turn those visitors into leads and opportunities that could turn into clients.

If you are in the process of a website redesign, we always recommend installing the HubSpot tracking code on old sites to learn as much as possible from old engagement and make informed data driven decisions for the new site. You can also review your google analytics information or install engagement trackign tools like LuckyOrange to learn more.

Having a great CRM like HubSpot makes it easier for my team and me to know what our visitors are doing on our sites. Lucky enough, we have over 80% of our site visitors convert at their first visit, and we are able to see which of our pages they viewed and on which page did they submit their information.

This allows us to follow them up, nurture them with relevant content, and create wonderful experiences for them based on their interests as we can track these from what they do on our website.

Currently, we don't clearly have a sense of what people are doing on our website. We have one place where we have "personalized" the information presented based upon the IP address country. We are in the process of implementing more personalization.

Our visitors fall into four buckets - those who want a quote, those who want to make a purchase, those who have made a purchase but need to make a payment, and those who made a purchase who need to upload or download documents.

We are currently overhauling the entire site to facilitate each action.

Hubspot has tools to view website visitor bounces and how long they stay. We also use Google analytics for this.

My company uses HubSpot data analytics tools provided on the website and tracking codes to see who clicks and how much traction links get. Visitors mostly learn information about the products my clients offer. I don't optimize conversions, but my supervisor would be in charge of this. She mainly looks at the email click ratio and email tracking links.
