&lt;P&gt;Yes, under &lt;EM&gt;Settings&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Inbox&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Inboxes&lt;/EM&gt; you should see your chat. By hovering your mouse over it, an &lt;EM&gt;Edit&lt;/EM&gt; button should appear and you should see a &lt;EM&gt;Configure&lt;/EM&gt;, &lt;EM&gt;Availability&lt;/EM&gt; and &lt;EM&gt;Tracking code&lt;/EM&gt; tab. Under &lt;EM&gt;Availability&lt;/EM&gt;, you can specify the default offline behavior:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Additionally, under &lt;EM&gt;Menu&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Conversations&lt;/EM&gt;, when you edit your live chat, in the Build step you can also specify that you'd like to capture the email right at the start so you can more easily follow-up with contacts:&lt;/P&gt;
