Non-HubSpot Form Submissions Lost

Hi all -

Trying to completely separate my non-HubSpot forms (WPForms for guest post proposals and other "Contact Me" action from my website, MailerLite for email list) from capturing or sending information to HubSpot and am having a lot of trouble. I have turned off the option to automatically collect form data from non-HubSpot forms in Settings and deleted the forms from my list, but now submissions through my WPForms are going nowhere - not HubSpot, not my business email inbox, just... disappearing. This is obviously a big problem. (MailerLite does still seem to be collecting subscribers, so that's good, at least.)

Has anyone encountered this before and is there a fix? Thanks in advance for any insight and happy to provide any additional information that would be helpful.

Hi @PamCotton, thanks for replying. Yes, my site is on WordPress. I ended up turning the option to collect non-HubSpot form data back on just so I don't miss any communications, but I would prefer to be able to turn it back off. All the info from non-HS forms is really muddying the waters.

Hello @gdreib

You can turn off the setting to collect form data from non-HubSpot forms and if you want then you use t his endpoint to map the non-HubSpot form to HubSpot forms.

You can also connect with my team to help you in setting up the non-HubSpot form.

HubSpot should not interfere with your WordPress system's ability to send notifications to your inbox. Something else is wrong there. Check your WP form, try with a different email address, check the spam folder.
