Hi,

Can you unbounce my contact email centrometal@t-com.me

My CEO uses this mail an I have a lot communication with him through email.

Hi @AAgovic ,

Thanks for reaching out! Here are the steps to unbounce an contact

Make sure you have the right email permissions and that your email sending domain is connected to HubSpot
Verify the email address is valid and correctly formatted
Go to the respective contact's record and click unbounce.
In the pop- up dialog, check " I can confirm that this email address is correct" and then click unbounce this contact

Note that if the email address is globally bounced you won't be able to unbounce it yourself and would need to contact HubSpot support for direct help.

If you don't see the option to unbounce the contact, it could be due to one of the following reasons,

As mentioned above check if you have the required email permission in HubSpot and if the email was globally bounced only HubSpot Support can directly unbounce it.

The bounce type like unknown address, full mailbox etc.. can't be unbounced.

If none of the above applies then there are chances your monthly limit for unbouncing has been hit.

Review which of these applies in your case and take the appropirate action. Also I can't see any attachments above, Can you share it for me to assist further?

Removing a hard bounce requires a Content or Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/how-can-i-send-an-email-to-a-contact-that-has-previously-bounced

It is not possible on the free tier which you're apparently on. Potentially, the community team can assist here. cc @CommunityTeam

My account have Super Admin privileges.
Bounced email is valid and mailbox is not full.
So far I didnt have any email to unbounce.

Can your support do that?

I recommend contacting the HubSpot support directly so that can unbounce it for you or help you on the right direction by having a look into your account.

@Jigar_Thakker @AAgovic this is frustrating to witness 😄 Please see my earlier reply in this thread.

@AAgovic, if you're on the free CRM, you cannot unbounce this contact and you cannot contact HubSpot support either.

Unbouncing requires a Content or Marketing Hub Professional subscription. Contacting support requires any paid subscription – which the free CRM is not.

Only the community team can potentially assist here, I tagged them in my previous reply.

Hi,

I am using Hubspot for two email accounts.
On one, I can regularly send emails to* centrometal@t-com.me
* but on the other I can't.

Why is this happening?
