&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="2"&gt;Make sure you have the right email permissions and that your email sending domain is connected to HubSpot&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="2"&gt;Verify the email address is valid and correctly formatted&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="2"&gt;Go to the respective contact's record and click unbounce.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="2"&gt;In the pop- up dialog, check " I can confirm that this email address is correct" and then click unbounce this contact&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

Also I can't see any attachments above, Can you share it for me to assist further?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unbouncing requires a Content or Marketing Hub Professional subscription. Contacting support requires any paid subscription&amp;nbsp;– which the free CRM is not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only the community team can potentially assist here, I tagged them in my previous reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
