I checked the one associated with the same domain as your email address &amp;amp; do not see any sent internal emails since August of 2024, so I manually sent you a re-subscription email. If you are still having trouble,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;one of your accounts has access to HubSpot Support, so I recommend &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/get-help-with-hubspot" target="_blank"&gt;opening a ticket&lt;/A&gt; for a more thorough investigation. The Support team can access your account from the backend to get a quicker resolution.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not Receiving @*.hubspot.com emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone through to double check the email log but no one at the domain level is receiving emails from the hubspot system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password reset or account setup emails sent to the domain are not being received. I have gone through the&amp;nbsp;Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails. According to the email provider, the last email from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:noreply@notifications.hubspot.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;noreply@notifications.hubspot.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;was on March 3rd. I had them do a search for *@*.hubspot.com and that is when the last email was received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the spam/junk folders as well as searching through the spam filtering system which is proofpoint. As well as having checked the O365 system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi TomM2,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have had the IT review the incoming logs.&amp;nbsp; We are seeing some emails coming in, but to other email addresses we are not seeing any log for an inbound message to that user in the system showing even an attempted password reset. I am looking at the spam filtering system before it would be rejected or accepted and delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greg&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you all stil having this "Throttling" issue within HubSpot?&amp;nbsp; I can tell you that our organization is and it is quite bad at this point.&amp;nbsp; We first noticed this issue back on April 21st where I was trying to assist with resetting a user's password, but the email was never received.&amp;nbsp; Since then this has snowballed where a lot of our email notifications are not being received or are severely delayed in being received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One of the common demoninators I have come across in researching is that HubSpot uses Proofpoint as there outbound email source and my company uses Proofpoint to review all inbound emails.&amp;nbsp; I have been working with HubSpot support for over 6 weeks regarding this and have still not had a resolution as they are pointing the finger at us, stating that they can see our incoming mail servers have a strict 16 messages per minute limit, but the flaw in this is that these emails are in some cases not even hitting Proofpoint on our end, so our mail servers wouldn't even come into play.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have also added all the varying IPs to our allowlist per HubSpot's recommendation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone else using Proofpoint and having these types of issues?&amp;nbsp; Has anyone found a resolution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
