I enjoy building chatbots in Voiceflow for user-friendliness, integration capabilities, and cross-platform deployment. ability to deploy across platforms

Thanks @CMohamed3 - I have the same question as @Sidharta about if you're connecting Voiceflow to HubSpot Chatflows or if you're only using natively as an alternative to HubSpots chatbots?

@Jnix284 in case you're still looking for voice AI chatbots that have a strong HubSpot integration (it's listed on the marketplace), check out Chatsimple.Ai -- we've used it internally and for clients and have been impressed so far.

People often hate chatbots, but I agree that they can help if properly trained. Many business owners just insert a script without putting much effort into uploading files, adding structured FAQs, making neat instructions. When your chatbot knows a lot about your products, services, and terms, people will not notice much difference between a chatbot's and human's answer.

Additionally, I like to see that customers now understand better how to talk to AI agents - they write clear sentences, and send their issues one by one.

Also, for many businesses it is a matter of choice between a fast AI answer and a slow answer by a human, not between fast AI vs fast human responses. Which is important - once I close the tab, I won't likely be back to the website again, and probably others as well, so your 30-day results are quite understandable.

I have tried a few common bots (among them are Tidio, Chatbase, Elfsight Chatbot, Jotform AI agent), and they really ALL do well once you pay enough attention to training you little AI helper.
