Hello,

I'm trying to add an AI Chatbot as shows in this video:

However, I can't see "AI Chatbot" under the Automation menu.

Is it limited to paid plans? In the video, it seems as an option for the free plan.

Hey @Sidharta what permissions do you have in your account? What are you seeing under automation?

Have you connected a chat channel to your helpdesk?

Hey @Sidharta and @TomM2, thanks for your patience as I was checking on this for you!

For that, you'll need to go to "Breeze", then "Overview" (see screenshot below).

Then, under "Customer agent Beta", you'll need to click on "Set up", then you'll be able to "Join the Beta".

After completing these steps, you should see it in the menu!
