Hi

Our company are just in the process of adding the Sales and Marketing package to our Service Hub package.

But I wanted to get a bit of a head start on looking at the automations, but I have only briefly seen the Sales Hub sections.

We might be sligtly unique in the fact that we secured the Service Hub first, and have been running it for 2 years now.

But can anyone share with an article or top line summary of how the Sales links to the Service hub, as I am ideally wanting to automate creation of tasks and companies when sales pass it over.

As we currently get a handover from an email, then build the company and fill in our created fields from the handover information.

If the sales team handover via the sales hub, will it be via a ticket? or will we be able to just use their existing company that was created?

Hope this makes sense 🙂

Hey @MPalmer6! Thanks for your post. Adding the Sales Hub into your Service Hub process will likely be a smooth transition!

Workflows will probably be your best friend here. This Academy course is a great place to start. This lesson covers several examples of workflows that make life easier for your sales team and that also give you better, more reliable data on your customers.

I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions.

Hey @RSchweighart, @Jnix284, @matthew-aire do you have any tips, tricks, or resources to share regarding integrating Sales Hub with an established Service Hub? Thanks!

Best,
Kennedy

Thank you Kennedy. 100% in regards to the workflows, as I use many of them now, just in the Service hub, I will re-check out the Academy as not been in there for a while, as know how to set them up but I never looked at the sales side before, as just keen to get a head start and understand the basic transitions, even if just a few screenshots or if there was a demo video on the acedemy, as I just cant seem to find any examples of the transition process.

Thanks in advance experts 🙂
