&lt;P&gt;You can however create a custom property on the company object, e.g. "Status" with options "Active" and "Inactive": &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In your reports, you could then adjust the report filters and exclude companies where the status is inactive.&lt;/P&gt;
