Customer Portal - Create ticket Page

Good afternoon,
I have setup a Customer Portal for my customers as i am trying to move from Jira Service to HS Service, and i can see the tickets listing and the ticket detail page but i cn see (or create) a create ticket page.

When i click "Edit" on one of the above pages, i can see that there is the create ticket page available however only in preview.

Can you please explain if i need to create a new landing page? Or a form? or where i can find the Create ticket page?

Are you looking for an integration to facilitate the transfer? The more details you provide, the better I will be able to understand what you're looking for. If you have any screenshots of what you're referring to, that would be even better for a thorough review.

Thank you so much for your message, i really appreciate it.
At the moment my App Support team uses Jira Service Management to log all their tickets, we have an inbox that i have already setup in Hubspot so everytime a customer sends us an email gets logged as a ticket, so that is fine and working as expected.

Through Jira we also have a customer Portal Intersoft Customer Portal - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net) for our customers to log tickets and i would liek to have the same in HS.
The customer Portal is setup but only have 2 pages, the ticket listing and the ticket detail but i need a Create Ticket Page like this one Intersoft Help Center (hubspotpreview-na1.com) that is not available on the templates and that is my question. Do i need to create a landing page and form for it to create?

The second link didn't open for me, but I think I understood what you're looking for. Are you trying to create a specific place for customers to be able to create their tickets? If that's the case, I was researching and found the solution here: how customers create a ticket manually provided by @karstenkoehler!
