RingOver integration

Hi!

I've connected my RingOver app to Hubspot, but I can't seem to see the logs of all my calls into Hubspot, the only thing that I get is the missed calls that are registered as new tickets. Is there a way for me to : i/ log all calls on Hubspot, ii/ potentially create new tickets for each call and III/ add automations so that a call can be a created ticket and closed ticket once the call is answered and ended

I wanted to share this Ringover setup guide and the app listing page which has an overview of the integration's capabilities. It looks like this integration currently does not have the capability to sync with tickets or create automation, however, it should be able to log all calls onto HubSpot contact records according to the setup guide.

I would recommend connecting with Ringover support team about logging calls and the integration's features as this integration is supported and owned by Ringover. You can find details on their support options under "Ringover Support" on the app listing page.
