How does the knowledge base search algorithm weigh keywords in HubSpot?

What is the algorithm for searching on an article in the Knowledge base or returning articles based on keywords in a chatbot? What has the most weight: on the article title, subtitle, body, category or subcategory, or tags?

The knowledge base search algorithm prioritizes keywords in the following order:

Title
Subheading (the article description)
Tags
Article content (the body of the article)

It's also important to note that articles with more views may rank higher in the returned search results.

Is there a way to adjust this? Tags/keywords would be more efficient in my case - or should I use an AI chatbot maybe?
