Website visitor can submit a form and HubSpot will automatically create ticket records which can then be tracked through stages like "New", "Waiting on customer", "Waiting on us", "Closed".&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can the the ticketing forms be integrated into Knowledge Base? For example, when the user is viewing the article on the side they can create a ticket if they have further questions or will they need to seperately go and find the ticketing form on the website?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
