      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi PBarik8,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Sandbox you won’t see a “preview” of which knowledge base article is being pulled inside the chatflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A couple quick ways to test it:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the &lt;STRONG&gt;Chatflow Preview&lt;/STRONG&gt; and ask very specific questions that match your article titles/headings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Knowledge Base search&lt;/STRONG&gt; directly and try the same queries - if it doesn’t show there, it won’t show in the bot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the article is &lt;STRONG&gt;published&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the correct knowledge base is selected in the bot action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the test preview still feels limited, you can temporarily publish the chatflow on a test page and try it live - that usually gives clearer results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
