Following instructions, by typing into the "Delete Account" section that you should easily delete your account. I've been getting this error for an hour. What am I doing wrong?

I wanted to share a Knowledge Base article that walks through the requirements when deleting a HubSpot account, which should help you solve the error you’re running into:

What may be happening here is one of these things: if there’s still an active subscription, the user isn’t a Billing Admin, or if the Hub ID (not the username/email) is required for confirmation.
