Can we add pop ups or forms in the Knowledge Center? For people to subscribe?

Is there a way to have a pop up or a form in the Knowledge Center? We have product updates and want people to sign up by putting in their email and what product they want updates for. I looked in the Knowledge Base tools and can't find a way to put a form in.

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn’t let you insert pop-ups or forms directly inside the Knowledge Center. But you can still collect email sign-ups using two alternatives:

1. Embed a form via custom code

Create your form in HubSpot.
Copy the embed code and place it in a custom module or page template.
Add this to your Knowledge Center layout. Either you can add yourself or you can ask your developer to do this.

2. Use CTAs

You can use CTAs like sticky banners or slide-in boxes to prompt users to subscribe.
Configure these in Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs, and target them to your Knowledge Center pages.

@LNitti great question. As @WebGuruz_Tech mentioned, you can put a HubSpot form anywhere. But if you're thinking of a banner-style announcement or popup/slide-in, you'll want to look at the CTA tool. Under "targeting," you can choose where it appears, as long as it's either hosted in HubSpot or has your HS tracking code one the KB.

Create calls-to-action (CTAs)
