    <description>&lt;P&gt;We’ve recently enabled the HubSpot chatbot in our app, paired with the AI agent and connected to our knowledge base. Everything is working great, except for one issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When users visit the knowledge base directly, the chatbot still pops up. We’d like to prevent the chatbot from showing on knowledge base pages so that users can focus on browsing articles without interruption.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to exclude the chatbot widget from appearing on the knowledge base section, while keeping it active elsewhere on the site/app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help or guidance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;On the Chatflow settings you are able to add exclusion rules. If you add the knowledge base domain it should hide the bot for visitors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can adjust where the chat is shown with the targeting settings on each chatflow.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the screenshot I provided, the chat would show on all main website pages, but it would not show on any pages that start with knowledge. I'm not sure of the structure of your knowledge base and URLs, but taking this approach should do the trick!&lt;/P&gt;
