&lt;P&gt;Currently, HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in option to save filter settings in the Knowledge Base.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you open and close an article, the filters reset. A workaround is to open articles in a new tab to keep the filtered list intact.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I highly recommend that you post this idea on our ideas forum (&lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/ideaslandingpage" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can filter settings in the knowledge base be saved?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have about 500 articles in the knowledge base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if for example, we want to proofread / update articles on a certain topic, or from a certain author, we use the search function and the filters that are available in the knowledge base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, when I open one of the articles from the list, and then close the article again, the filters are not active anymore, I see the list of all articles. And I have to search and filter the same articles again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way of saving the filter settings, so that I get back to the filtered list?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, what I'd do if it were me is open the results in a new tab so the original tab with the filters stays open as a home base.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only other option is to have a separate spreadhseet,but that seems like more work than its worth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dan, thanks for your answer.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, thats the workaround we use at the moment. But it would be nice to have it as a feature in hubspot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
