i created a live chat robot in hubspot but i dont know how can i add it to my main page website

Hi @B-Mart,

After installing the HubSpot tracking code https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/install-the-hubspot-tracking-code, you can specify where the chat should be displayed: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/create-a-live-chat#2-target---decide-where-the-live-chat-should-appear

HubSpot chat does not offer an embed or shortcode.

Hi @B-Mart If its an hubspot chatbot, then you may go on the display tab and add the urls where ever you want to show those chatbot! Make sure you have Hubspot tracking code added on that page! You can also add the exclusion rules where you dont want to show this chat bot!

Just to mirror @PAngra and @karstenkoehler , ensure that the tracking code is on the site, and then use the Target tab to add your URL(s).

I've launched quite a few HubSpot chatbots for clients that are using non-HubSpot webpages, and can confirm that this should be all you need 🙂
